About Me
My Story
My name is Nadezhda Mincheva, and I am a singer and vocal coach with a lifelong passion for music. Growing up in Bulgaria, music was a central part of my life from a young age. My family are all musicians, and I started playing the piano and accordion when I was just seven years old. However, it was singing that captured my heart and became my biggest passion.
At the age of 15, I was accepted into a music school where I began studying classical singing, as well as learning pop styles. I always enjoyed exploring different genres of music, from rock to classical to pop. After graduating from the Music Academy with a Bachelor's degree in classical singing, singing pedagogy, and music pedagogy, I went on to study for one year at the State Conservatory of Music in Sofia with a focus on Pop and Jazz singing.
My education provided me with a diverse range of experiences in singing, stage behavior, and teaching techniques. Following my graduation, I began performing all over the world, including in countries such as Australia, South Korea, Europe, and Morocco. I have even had the privilege of performing aboard Carnival Cruise Lines. During breaks in my performing schedule, I began teaching singing in a music school, gaining over 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching.
Throughout my education, I also had the opportunity to participate in numerous master classes with teachers from all over the world, which helped me to further develop my skills as a singer and vocal coach. I now live in Miami, where I hold a Florida teaching license and continue to inspire and educate my students to unlock their full potential as singers.
I am proud of my journey in music, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring singers. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced vocalist, I believe that everyone should have access to a life of music. My Mission
My mission as a vocal coach is to help singers unlock their true potential and develop their talent to its fullest capacity. I believe that every singer has a unique voice, and my goal is to help them discover and refine it. I provide comprehensive coaching that covers all aspects of vocal training, including technique, interpretation, and performance.
I strive to establish a creative and supportive environment that encourages my students to explore their emotions, express themselves fully, and develop their personalities. My approach is tailored to each individual, and I work closely with my students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals. I believe that a strong connection between the singer and their voice is essential to developing a successful career in music, and I focus on building that connection with my students.
One of my core beliefs is that a successful singer is not just someone with technical mastery, but also someone with a strong sense of creativity, self-expression, and authenticity. That's why I encourage my students to experiment, take risks, and find their own unique style. I provide guidance and support throughout the creative process, helping my students hone their craft, and develop their signature sound.
Finally, I'm passionate about inspiring the next generation of vocal talents. I believe that young singers have the power to change the world through their music, and I strive to provide them with the tools, guidance, and support they need to succeed. My ultimate goal is to help my students achieve their dreams, whether that's performing on the world stage, recording their own album, or simply becoming the best singer they can be.
